<p>Das &#8222;International Symposium for Testing and Failure Analysis&#8220; (kurz: <a href="https://www.asminternational.org/istfa-2024/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ISTFA</a>) ist eine der wichtigsten Branchenveranstaltungen für alle, die Fehleranalyse im Bereich der Mikroelektronik durchführen. In diesem Jahr findet die ISTFA bereits zum 50. Mal statt. Vom <strong>4. bis 8. Oktober 2026</strong> bietet die ISTFA eine Vielzahl an Workshops und Vorträgen, die von einer begleitenden Industrieausstellung ergänzt werden.</p>
